Calgary, AB – Tim Farrell scored his fourth goal of the season with 1:22 remaining in the second period and Nick Gill scored two goals and added an assist as the Schooners extended their winning streak to three games with a 6-5 conquest over the Buffaloes at George Blundun on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Schooners was Stephen Duncan, Greg MacQuarrie, Dwayne Blume contributing with a goal each. Duncan added three assists, Steve Whitehead, Joe Statchook. Goaltender Jimmy Farrell picked up the win for the Schooners giving up 0 goals.

Sniping for the Buffaloes was Shawn Robillard* and Matt Acker* with a pair of goals each and Kyle Kilback* with a single tally. Kilback*, John Page* and Ray Drake* each added two assists. Goaltender Rich Froese* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Buffaloes.

With the win, the Schooners improve to 3-5-0-0 while the Buffaloes fall to 4-4-0-0.
