Calgary, AB – Jordan Emmerson scored five goals for the Mustangs and Karl Mendes scored two goals and added an assist for the Smokin' Guns as the teams fought to a 6-6 tie at Village Square on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Smokin' Guns was Joel Manson, Chris Goodall and Brent Wandler chipping in with a goal each. Goodall added two assists. Goaltender David Wandler surrendered six goals in the tie for the Smokin' Guns.

Rounding out the scoring for the Mustangs was and BJ Gurba with a single tally. Brent Phelps added two assists. Goaltender JF Voyer gave up six goals in the tie for the Mustangs.

After the tie, the Mustangs have a record of 5-12-2-0 while the Smokin' Guns move to 10-6-3-0.
