Calgary, AB – Brian Moore scored a hat-trick to fuel the Beefcakes to a 6-4 triumph over the Icemen at Southland on Monday.

Capping off the scoring for the Beefcakes was Kevin Robertson with a hat-trick. Coleton Strand added four assists and Matthew Vanderberg added two assists. Goaltender Spencer Gunning picked up the win for the Beefcakes giving up four goals.

Finding the twine for the Icemen was Mitch Chartrand with two goals and Evan Michalchuk and Aaron Peppin each tallying single markers. Michalchuk added two assists. Goaltender Mike Persson surrendered six goals in the loss for the Icemen.

With the win, the Beefcakes improve to 11-5-1-0 while the Icemen fall to 10-5-2-0.
