Calgary, AB – Brandon Shaw scored two goals and added two assists to lift the Blackout to a 10-2 clobbering over the Golden Horses at Frank McCool on Friday.

Capping off the scoring for the Blackout was Jordan Vine and Devon Downey, Marcus Head, Nate Wood, Jonathan Harris, Colton Hubeld, Jordan Moe and Matt Brosh contributing with a goal each. Vine added three assists, Wood, Downey, Head, Chase Simard. Goaltender Chase Simard picked up the win for the Blackout giving up two goals.

Sniping for the Golden Horses was Travis Hodges and Colin Shandro each tallying single markers. Goaltender Shaun Marson surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Golden Horses.

With the win, the Blackout improve to 17-11-2-0 while the Golden Horses fall to 7-22-1-0.
