Calgary, AB – Evan Michalchuk scored two goals and added four assists to help support the Icemen in an 11-5 spanking over the Buffaloes at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Adding markers for the Icemen was Aaron Peppin and Brad Lueck with a pair of goals each, Russ Gallant, Justin Hill, Rob Rishaug, Chris Burchell and Braden Billaney with a goal each. Michalchuk added four assists, Peppin and Gallant each added three assists and Lueck added two assists. Goaltender Mike Persson picked up the victory for the Icemen giving up five goals.

Scoring for the Buffaloes was Mike Jung with a hat-trick and John Page and Ryan Stewart each with single strikes. Brandon Luong added three assists and Robyn Carson added two assists. Goaltender Chris Boissoneault surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Buffaloes.

With the victory, the Icemen improve to 13-9-3-0 while the Buffaloes fall to 6-17-2-0.
