Calgary, AB – Steve Holford scored four goals and added two assists to help the Blackout to an 11-5 spanking over the Golden Horses at Norma Bush on Tuesday.

Also scoring for the Blackout was Nate Wood with four strikes, Colton Hubeld with two goals and Devon Downey with a single marker. Jordan Simard added three assists, Mark Mason. Goaltender Chase Simard picked up the win for the Blackout giving up five goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Golden Horses was Reilly Gill and Daniel Vokey with a pair of goals each and David Maskwa with a single tally. Jason Goodwin and Travis Hodges each added two assists. Goaltender Cole Bertels surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Golden Horses.

With the win, the Blackout improve to 12-8-2-0 while the Golden Horses fall to 5-18-0-0.
