Calgary, AB – Jordan Simard scored four goals and added an assist to lift the Blackout to a 7-5 conquest over the Ice Goats at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Blackout was Jordan Moe with two goals and Steve Holford with a single tally. Jordan Ribecco added two assists. Goaltender Chase Simard picked up the win for the Blackout giving up five goals.

The victory extinguished the Blackout's three-game losing streak.

Sniping for the Ice Goats was Craig Stewart and Brandon Kiist with a pair of goals each and Cole Brewis with a single marker. Zachary Duncan added two assists. Goaltender Sean Beauparlant surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Ice Goats.

With the win, the Blackout improve to 11-8-2-0 while the Ice Goats fall to 6-13-3-0.
