Calgary, AB – Nick Boyd scored his second goal of the season with 0:45 remaining in the third period and Dan Macinnes scored two goals to fuel the Samsquantches to a 6-5 triumph over the 3rd Liners at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the Samsquantches was Jakub Kluz, John Jose, Adam Jose contributing with a goal each. Colin Baillargeon added three assists and Brodie Chernichen added two assists. Goaltender Peter Sombyk picked up the win for the Samsquantches giving up five goals.

Finding the twine for the 3rd Liners was Will Murray with two goals and Austen Rajpal, Michael McCoy and Aiden Strachan each tallying single markers. Rajpal added two assists. Goaltender Devon Hardie surrendered six goals in the loss for the 3rd Liners.

With the win, the Samsquantches improve to 3-6-4-0 while the 3rd Liners fall to 2-10-1-0.
