Watt tallies twice, Kings conquer Wolf Pack
Calgary, AB – Dave Watt scored two goals to help the Kings to a 6-4 win over the Wolf Pack at Ernie Starr on Sunday.
Also scoring for the Kings was Gord Matheson and Adam McLean, Jeremy Salomons and Brooks Raven each adding a goal. Matheson, McLean and Richard Smythe each added two assists. Goaltender Nico Vandersalm picked up the win for the Kings giving up four goals.
Lighting the lamp for the Wolf Pack was Dan Tall with two goals and Cody Carey and Brent von Hagen with a goal each. Matt Price and Curtis Sim each added two assists. Goaltender Taylor Shellenberg surrendered six goals in the loss for the Wolf Pack.
With the win, the Kings improve to 6-7-2-0 while the Wolf Pack fall to 12-2-1-0.
