Calgary, AB – Kevin Robertson scored a hat-trick including his fifth goal of the season with 14:13 remaining in the third period and to lift the Beefcakes to a 5-4 conquest over the Bisons at Southland on Monday.

Capping off the scoring for the Beefcakes was Ryan Vickers and Jeff Sapieha each adding single tallies. Goaltender Spencer Gunning picked up the win for the Beefcakes giving up four goals.

Sniping for the Bisons was Matt Quigley, Derrick Hanna, Jairus Maus and Matt Macneil contributing with a goal each. Kerry Knott added two assists. Goaltender Tristin Quigley surrendered five goals in the loss for the Bisons.

With the win, the Beefcakes improve to 2-0-0-0 while the Bisons fall to 0-2-0-0.
