Calgary, AB – Sebastian Gregoire scored two goals for the Grasshoppers and Adam Jose scored two goals and added an assist for the Samsquantches as the teams played to a 5-5 tie at George Blundun on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Samsquantches was Justin Evans and Dan Macinnes with a single marker. Tyler Trilsbeck added three assists. Goaltender Peter Sombyk surrendered five goals in the tie for the Samsquantches.

Capping off the scoring for the Grasshoppers was Reid Marshall, Andy Walsh and Paul Robb each tallying single markers. Elliott Sephton added three assists and Kyle Rosolowski added two assists. Goaltender Nathan Van Gelder gave up five goals in the tie for the Grasshoppers.

After the tie, the Grasshoppers have a record of 2-1-2-0 while the Samsquantches move to 1-3-1-0.
