Calgary, AB – Jordan Emmerson scored five goals and added an assist to help support the Mustangs in an 11-5 spanking over the Colts at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Mustangs was Joey Brunel and Brent Phelps with a pair of goals each and Matt Cook and Tyson Trail with a goal each. Brunel and Mark Oakley each added three assists, Phelps, Cook, Trail and Kyle Dixon each added two assists. Goaltender JF Voyer picked up the victory for the Mustangs giving up five goals.

Scoring for the Colts was Nick Larkin, Chris Chamberlain, Ryan Toole, Jacob Bieber and Ajay Mattu each with single strikes. Chamberlain, Larkin and Ian Dewolfe each added two assists. Goaltender Brian Meanley surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Colts.

With the victory, the Mustangs improve to 6-15-1-0 while the Colts fall to 7-12-0-0.
