Calgary, AB – Frank Swanberg* scored four goals including his fourth goal of the season with 1:50 remaining in the second period and and added an assist to help lift the Fat n Lazy to a 6-5 win over the Panthers at Norma Bush on Friday.

Also scoring for the Fat n Lazy was Scott Wilson* and Paul Battestella* each with single strikes. Rich Dusevic * added five assists and Wilson* added two assists. Goaltender Mark Fewster* picked up the victory for the Fat n Lazy giving up 0 goals.

Scoring for the Panthers was Todd Kathol* with two goals and Trevor Mitchell*, Mike Kruchten* and Rick Dziadyk* each adding single goals. Jason MacKenzie* added two assists. Goaltender Greg Fitzpatrick* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Panthers.

With the victory, the Fat n Lazy improve to 1-0-0-0 while the Panthers fall to 0-1-0-0.
