Calgary, AB – David Reimer scored a hat-trick to guide the Blazers to an 8-6 conquest over the Panthers at Optimist on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Blazers was Patrick McGillis and Justin Peers with a pair of goals each and Travis Rohl with a single tally. Peter Jones added three assists, Rohl and Andrew Schubert each added two assists. Goaltender Stefan Migotti picked up the win for the Blazers giving up six goals.

Cashing in for the Panthers was Mike Juhasz with two goals and Vince Niro, Curtis Butcher, Mike Tucker and Ken Kornylo chipping in with a goal each. Niro, Butcher and Jeffery Stewart each added two assists. Goaltender Doug Lavers surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Panthers.

With the win, the Blazers improve to 9-15-3-0 while the Panthers fall to 6-15-6-0.
