Calgary, AB – Brad Alteman scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help fuel the Midnight Express to a 10-5 pounding over the Blazers at Village Square on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Midnight Express was Patrick Dutton with two goals, Mike Buchan and Andrew Dutton, Rick Schiller, Quinn Powell and Mark Mysliwy with a goal each. Buchan added seven assists, Dutton added three assists, Dutton, Adam Mysliwy and Chris Peters each added two assists. Goaltender Todd Ashton picked up the win for the Midnight Express giving up five goals.

Striking for the Blazers was Travis Rohl and Justin Peers with a pair of goals each and Russ Leedham with a single marker. Goaltender Stefan Migotti surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Blazers.

With the win, the Midnight Express improve to 8-7-3-0 while the Blazers fall to 6-12-1-0.
