Calgary, AB – Curtis Ceccanese scored two goals and added four assists to help bring the Hopewell Hurricanes to an 11-5 route over the Mile High Club at Norma Bush on Wednesday.

Completing the scoring for for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Andrew Keats and Matt Clenchy and Mark Rollo with a pair of goals each, Jason Manderson, Keegan Braaten and Pat Goodwin chipping in with singles. Ceccanese and Manderson each added four assists, Alex Chow added three assists, Clenchy, Keats, Braaten and Kehl Snyder each added two assists. Goaltender Steve Tolhurst picked up the victory for the Hopewell Hurricanes giving up five goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Mile High Club was Robert Freel and Kyle Matthyssen with a pair of goals each and Clay Rivard with a single marker. Evan Longdo added four assists and Jared Storey added two assists. Goaltender Kevin Barron surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Mile High Club.

With the victory, the Hopewell Hurricanes improve to 15-6-4-0 while the Mile High Club fall to 14-12-1-0.
