Calgary, AB – Andy Keats scored two goals and added an assist to help fuel the Hopewell Hurricanes to a 6-4 conquest over the Thunder at Norma Bush on Tuesday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Lane Tamagi with two goals and Brent Snyder and Brent McClocklin each adding single tallies. Goaltender Mark Flath picked up the win for the Hopewell Hurricanes giving up 0 goals.

Cashing in for the Thunder was Aaron Yamniuk with two goals and Todd Bigelow and Tim Arnett chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Leo Thoms surrendered six goals in the loss for the Thunder.

With the win, the Hopewell Hurricanes improve to 2-5-0-0 while the Thunder fall to 5-2-0-0.
