Calgary, AB – Jason Nugent scored a hat-trick to help lift the IceCats to a 7-2 pounding over the Mile High Club at Flames Community Arenas on Saturday.

Adding markers for the IceCats was Vance Alexander with two goals, Reggie Lang and Jay Boughton each adding single goals. Kyle Myden and Ben Wheeler each added three assists and Lang added two assists. Goaltender Darryl Leray picked up the victory for the IceCats giving up two goals.

Scoring for the Mile High Club was Robert Freel and Evan Longdo each with single strikes. Goaltender Kevin Barron surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Mile High Club.

With the victory, the IceCats improve to 4-8-0-0 while the Mile High Club fall to 8-5-0-0.
