Calgary, AB – Andy Walsh scored two goals and added two assists to help lift the Grasshoppers to an 8-3 pounding over the Raymond James Raiders at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Grasshoppers was Paul Robb and Lance Davidson with a pair of goals each, Kirk Hildebrandt and Elliott Sephton each adding single goals. Robert Storrs added three assists, Walsh and Carson Packer each added two assists. Goaltender Calvin Giese picked up the victory for the Grasshoppers giving up three goals.

Scoring for the Raymond James Raiders was Byron Thompson with two goals and Brad Ginet with a single marker. Goaltender Jeremy Phillips surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Raymond James Raiders.

The loss snuffed out the Raymond James Raiders' three-game winning streak.

With the victory, the Grasshoppers improve to 4-2-0-0 while the Raymond James Raiders fall to 3-2-0-0.
