Calgary, AB – Cal Babych scored two goals including his second goal of the season with 4:12 remaining in the third period and and added an assist to fuel the Colts to a 7-6 triumph over The Boundary Bears at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Colts was Nick Larkin with two goals and Tyler Wiebe, Ryan Toole and Brandon Luong each tallying single markers. Chris Chamberlain added three assists, Wiebe and Zack Smith each added two assists. Goaltender Jason Crossland picked up the win for the Colts giving up six goals.

The victory extinguished the Colts' five-game losing streak.

Finding the twine for The Boundary Bears was Tyler Yamashiro with a hat-trick and Troy Miller, Ty Klassen and Lane Wagner chipping in with a goal each. Miller and Klassen each added three assists. Goaltender Christian Chivilo surrendered seven goals in the loss for The Boundary Bears.

With the win, the Colts improve to 6-16-5-0 while The Boundary Bears fall to 8-18-0-0.
