James buries two, Ringers rally to steamroll Blazers

Calgary, AB – Justen James scored two goals and added four assists to help support the Ringers erased a three-goal deficit and in a 9-5 spanking over the Blazers at Frank McCool on Friday.

Adding markers for the Ringers was Connor Raedeke with two goals and Matthew Ryan, Brandon Shaw, Myles Riviore, Lukas Beaucage and Henry Adams with a goal each. James added four assists, Ryan added three assists, Raedeke and Shaw each added two assists. Goaltender Josh Triggs picked up the victory for the Ringers giving up five goals.

Scoring for the Blazers was David Reimer with two goals and Mark Oscienny, Kyle Crawford and Alex Langley each with single strikes. Adam Adair added two assists. Goaltender Stefan Migotti surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Blazers.

The Ringers jumped out to a 9-4 lead when Raedeke scored his 19th of the season with 5:23 left in the third period but Oscienny responded for the Blazers with his third of the season to start the rally.

With the victory, the Ringers improve to 7-3-1-0 while the Blazers fall to 2-8-0-0.
