Calgary, AB – Daniel Novak scored six goals and added two assists as the Icemen extended its winning streak to three games with a 13-9 spanking over the Zoost at George Blundun on Saturday.

Adding markers for the Icemen was Aaron Pepin with two goals, Evan Michalchuk and Anton Vloowwyk, Gord Maclean, Chris Burchell and Sean Jozsa each with single strikes. Maclean, Michalchuk, Vloowwyk, Craig McGee, Matt Kanters, Alex Ponich. Goaltender Jared Macdonald picked up the victory for the Icemen giving up nine goals.

Providing the offence for the Zoost was Carson Taylor with six goals and Tanner O'Neill, Rhett Hodgeveen and Bryce Halverson with a goal each. Taylor and AJ Mastromartino each added two assists. Goaltender Zee Hamilton surrendered 13 goals in the loss for the Zoost.

With the victory, the Icemen improve to 24-4-3-0 while the Zoost fall to 14-11-5-0.
