Calgary, AB – Dustin Greenwald scored two goals and added an assist as the Mustangs extended their winning streak to three games with a 8-6 triumph over the Flying Elbows at Southland on Monday.

Completing the scoring for for the Mustangs was Daniel Chisholm with two goals and Aaron Merkosky, Brent Phelps, Rob Baillargeon and Rhett Pickering chipping in with a goal each. Joel Merkosky added three assists, Merkosky and Phelps each added two assists. Goaltender JF Voyer picked up the victory for the Mustangs giving up six goals.

Finding the twine for the Flying Elbows was Tim Fournier with two goals and Kyle Christensen, Marc Collins, D. Sylvester and Shaun Kos chipping in with singles. Christensen, Collins, Steve Tuckey and Werner Gartner each added two assists. Goaltender Allan Manz surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Flying Elbows.

With the victory, the Mustangs improve to 3-1-0-0 while the Flying Elbows fall to 1-2-0-0.
