Calgary, AB – Andy Walsh scored two goals and added an assist to lift the Grasshoppers to a 10-2 clobbering over the Warthogs at George Blundun on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Grasshoppers was Sebastian Gregoire with two goals and Carson Packer, Aidan Geiger, Reid Marshall, Kirk Hildebrandt, Matthew Goddard and Ryan Hildebrandt each tallying single markers. Packer and Geiger each added two assists. Goaltender Nathan Porco picked up the win for the Grasshoppers giving up two goals.

Sniping for the Warthogs was Derek Root and Shane Black contributing with a goal each. Goaltender Dustin Andeason surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Warthogs.

With the win, the Grasshoppers improve to 1-0-0-0 while the Warthogs fall to 0-1-0-0.
